Quiet Yield

Find out what AI shopping assistants get wrong about your store.

Shoppers now ask AI assistants what to buy, whether it’s in stock and how fast it ships. The assistants answer from your public pages and product data, and when that data is missing or contradicts itself, they guess or suggest another store.

The AI Shopping Audit checks up to 25 of your products the way those assistants read them, then tells you exactly what to fix, most important first. $399, fixed price. Report in about 3 business days. No store login needed.

A shopper asks an assistant
“Does the stoneware planter come in large, and can I get it by Friday?”
The assistant answers
“I couldn’t confirm a large size, and it looks like it’s out of stock.”
The store’s product page says
Large, 30 × 28 cm. In stock. Ships in 1–2 business days.
Why it went wrong
The size only appears in the variant menu, and the product data never states whether it’s in stock.

What the audit covers

One store, checked from the outside, the same way an assistant or search engine sees it.

Included

  • Up to 25 product pages across up to 5 product types you choose.
  • Your shipping, returns, privacy and terms pages.
  • What shoppers see, compared with the data search engines and AI tools read: structured data, product feed, price, stock, descriptions, shipping and returns.
  • A live check on at least 3 products. We ask AI assistants that browse the web about price, stock, shipping and returns, and compare their answers with your store.
  • A report listing every issue, why it matters, the likely fix and how to recheck it, in order of priority.
  • One round of factual corrections to the report.

Not included

  • Making the fixes. That’s the Fix Package, quoted separately.
  • Anything behind a login or in checkout.
  • Legal advice.
  • Promises about traffic or sales.

What a finding looks like

Every finding in your report has the same four parts, so you or your developer can act on it straight away.

Audit reportExample ceramics store, 3 of its findings

High priority

Found
Product titles don’t state material or size, so assistants can’t match them to searches like “large stoneware planter.”
Why it matters
Assistants match a shopper’s words against your titles first. A title of “The Hollis” tells them nothing.
Fix
Put the material and size in the first 60 characters of each title.
Recheck
Ask an assistant for a large stoneware planter and see whether it names your product.

High priority

Found
Price and stock status are missing from the product data on 38 pages.
Why it matters
Search engines and assistants read this data before the page text. Without it they report the product as unavailable or leave it out.
Fix
Turn on full Product structured data in your theme, including price and availability.
Recheck
Google’s Rich Results Test shows a Product with a price and availability.

Medium priority

Found
Care and dishwasher-safety details appear only inside product images.
Why it matters
Assistants can’t read text inside images, so they answer “not stated” when shoppers ask.
Fix
Add the care details to the product description as plain text.
Recheck
The details show up when you select and copy the page text.

Questions

Who does the work?

The checks are run with AI tools and our own scripts. A person reviews every finding before the report reaches you.

Do you need access to my store?

No. We only look at what any shopper, search engine or AI assistant can see on your public site.

Which AI assistants do you check?

Assistants that browse the web, including ones built on OpenAI and Perplexity models. Their answers change over time, so the report records what they said on the day we checked.

Will this increase my sales?

We can’t promise that. The audit shows where assistants and search engines get your products wrong and how to fix it. What happens after depends on your products, prices and competition.

You already emailed me some findings. Are those mine to keep?

Yes. They’re yours whether or not you order the full audit.

Can you make the fixes for me?

Yes, as a separate Fix Package. Once you have the report, pick the fixes you want and we’ll quote a fixed price.

How the Fix Package works

Is this only for Shopify stores?

It’s built around Shopify. If your store runs on something else, email us and we’ll tell you whether the audit fits.
